Managing Arlo settings through the login page

Reset your cameras

  • Launch the Arlo smartphone app or log in to your Arlo account using the default web address.
  • Tap or click on Settings and then select the My Devices Now, select the camera you want to reset from the list of devices available.
  • Tap or click on the Remove Device option now.
  • Again, tap or click Yes to confirm that you want to remove the camera from your myArlo account.
  • The Arlo camera device will now be deleted and you’ll be returned to the Devices section.
  • Here, tap/click on the Add New Device
  • Select the Arlo device and model you wish to add.
  • Next, follow the on-screen instructions to re-add your camera to the Arlo account and connect it to the Wi-Fi network, Base Station/ SmartHub device.
